During this tournament, they were managed by Philippe Troussier who led them to the top of their group but lost 1-0 to Turkey in the round of 16. This classic Japan shirt was manufactured by Adidas and worn by the likes of Hidetoshi Takata, Junichi Inamoto and Shinji Ono.
